We work to process your order and have it shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 3 weeks.

Exchange or return period is within 7 days upon receiving your order. In any of the following cases, please return item(s) within 7 days of coming to an agreement with a Customer Service Personnel from Whimsical Lane. Items must be in an original and resalable state. Where applicable, kindly provide us the postage tracking number too. Whimsical Lane reserves the right to deny an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in their original state.
Exchange:
We offer exchange for all of our items. However, all shipping fees will be a cost to the buyer. When exchanging, please inform us via email regarding the item you wish to exchange for. This is will enable us to ensure the desired item(s) is/are in stock and ready to be shipped immediately when your exchanging item arrives.
Return:
A return will be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email ([email protected]). Unfortunately we are only able to reimburse the retail price of the goods which DOES NOT include any shipping charges. Refund will only be made once we’ve received the returning item.
We do allow guest checkout, however, it will be easier for communication if you have registered an account. You will also get the latest deals and promo updates too!
You may add the products you desire to purchase to your cart by determining the quantity you wish to purchase then click ‘Add to cart’. After you are done shopping, click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of your screen to proceed to checkout. Once there, follow the specific instructions to fill up your billing and shipping address before making your payment via PayPal.
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours. Please drop us an email as soon as possible using our contact us page to cancel or change your order. Remember to also provide us with your order number and delivery details within the same message. If we’ve already sent your item, you may be able to request a return or exchange, please refer to “how can I return a product” for more info.
Once we have dispatched your order you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.
We use PayPal as our payment solution provider; therefore you can pay either using your PayPal account or credit card/debit card via PayPal
